First, let me be clear: I do not recommend cuts for those who are not physically or mentally ready.


Kelly's Journey


Kelly has been a client for over a year and has completed a full reverse diet, maintaining a steady intake of 2000 calories for weeks while staying consistent with her other daily habits.





This cut is in preparation for summer and a wedding she has coming up. Because we have done the work hormonally and metabolically, we are able to cut her calories slowly to reduce fat and lean out her overall physique. The goal is to achieve her target without dropping below 1600 calories.
